Jovaun Hardin is the Director of Communications for Optimization Consulting, Inc. (OCI) He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin 24 years ago.  He has lived in such places as Minnesota, Illinois, Arkansas, New York, and Maryland. Jovaun graduated from Milwaukee School of Entrepreneurship in 2006 and started with OCI in 2008.  He directs and oversees OCI’s Communications Department, which is comprised of three branches: Proposal Development, Editorial and Marketing. He has just celebrated his four year anniversary with the company in February of 2012.
